Delivery & Handling Charter

1. Coverage area

We deliver fresh fruits across India to all pin codes served by our courier partners. Remote or restricted zones may experience extended timelines.

3. Dispatch and delivery windows

• Metro cities: 2–4 business days after dispatch
• Tier 2 cities: 4–6 business days after dispatch
• Remote areas: 6–9 business days after dispatch

4. Packing method

Fruits are sorted at our orchard supply desk, wrapped in protective tissue where needed, and placed in ventilated chilled cartons designed to reduce bruising during transit.

5. Delivery attempts

Couriers typically attempt delivery twice. If both attempts fail, the parcel may return to origin and a re-shipment fee could apply for perishable re-dispatch.
