Order Cancellation Charter
Effective date: 11 July 2026
1. Before dispatch
You may cancel an order through Track & Support before it leaves our packing desk. Prepaid cancellations are refunded within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
2. After dispatch
Once a chilled fruit parcel is handed to the courier, cancellation is no longer possible. Post-delivery concerns are handled under our Freshness & Returns Charter.
3. Partial cancellations
We do not support removing individual items from a confirmed multi-product order. Please place a new order for additional fruits or cancel the entire order before dispatch.
4. Failed payments
Orders with incomplete prepaid authorisation are automatically cancelled after the payment session expires. No charge is captured for unsuccessful transactions.
