Account & checkout
- Create an account with email and password, then verify with the 6-digit OTP sent to your inbox.
- Checkout requires a verified email — use Account to resend the OTP if needed.
- Sign in to sync your cart and view order history on My orders.
Orders & tracking
- Track any order with order number + email on Track order.
- Order confirmation and status emails are sent after checkout.
- Raise cancellation, refund or delivery issues from the order status page support form.
Fresh fruit handling
- Fruits are packed in ventilated chilled cartons to reduce bruising during transit.
- Report quality concerns within 24 hours of delivery with photographs — see our Freshness & Returns Charter.
